IV stage passed on July, 11-13th in Kiev for the first time this year thanks to efforts of all interested persons.
In the beginning we wish to express gratitude to organizers of competitions: to enterprise "Автодром "Чайка" for excellent carrying out of competitions. Huge gratitude we express to the director of an autodrome Protasov Leonid Aleksandrovichu.
As we wish to show huge discontent with work of directing bodies of the FKU which has arisen because of impreparation of presidium FKU to the complexities which have arisen on their fault and as unwillingness of presidium and a management to make concessions for the sake of sportsmen without whom Federation as that cannot exist.
As to competitions they passed in intense conditions with change of regulations and the schedule of carrying out of competitions. As a whole competitions have passed successfully. It would be desirable, that further the Federation management did not have such mistakes and miscalculations which influence carrying out of competitions.
